After checking prices for materials to replace my water-damaged floors in Dalton, I stopped into H&H Flooring and LOVED all the choices they had that met my budget. Their prices were comparable to those in Dalton and their products (at least those that I looked at) are made in the USA and not in China. The installation crew did an awesome job - removing the damaged flooring and installing the new flooring - even moving my furniture and putting it back after the floors were done. The crew was very professional and would call each morning to let me know when to expect them to arrive. The owner stopped by every day to check progress and make sure I didn't have any questions. They finished the job quicker than the estimated time and everything is great! Thanks so much for making my home look beautiful! ~ Karen C

We had H AND H flooring come to a home we had just purchased to add in hardwood flooring where there wasn’t and to refinish existing hard wood to match the new as well as install carpet in our bonus room. They did quick, and seamless work lacing in the old with the new. I can’t even tell where the old ends and the new begins! They went above and beyond to help me make a color selection and finish Selection and I couldn’t be more pleased! Their guys even stopped what they were doing to help my husband get the washer and dryer inside which we were blown away by. The owners are quick to respond via phone or email and Brandi, who we interacted with the most, was always very helpful with any questions or concerns! Cannot say enough good things. I started out by looking at major stores for deals (Home Depot, Floor n' Decor, etc.) and I tried some of online stores but never really felt too comfortable. I thought by going local it would be worth it to spend a little extra to have someone I trusted helping me, but they were actually more reasonable that almost every other place I had looked. Jennifer and Bill have been incredibly helpful to walk me through my options and the pros and cons for what I'm looking for. If you need quality work done from people you trust, do yourself a favor and just give them a shot. I guarantee you won't try anywhere else after working with them. ~ Mason T

H&H Flooring just refinished the floors in the house we recently purchased and they now look brand new. The old floors were twenty-five years old and had been badly neglected. There was water damage, worn spots and severe cupping. Jerry, Nathan and Adam on the sanding and finishing crew did a fantastic job of giving new life to the floors. In fact, the entire H&H team was very attentive to our needs. Bill and Jennifer were both very easy to work with and made sure they and their team did everything they said they would do and more. I can’t say enough good things about H&H Flooring. Bill, Brandi, Ashlyn and all of Bill’s team in the office and his installation crew were simply amazing. We bought and sold homes consecutively, and had a rushed and complicated timeline. With only about a week’s notice, Bill was able to have his crew at our new home the minute we closed, and they started work. They were punctual, efficient, and their work is absolutely beautiful. Jennifer & Bill of H&H Flooring did a fantastic job on our hardwood floors. We would definitely recommend them again. We worked with Jennifer to choose prefinished Brazilian Cherry solid wood flooring to replace about 1000 sf of worn and poorly installed oak and another 1000sf of carpet. The results are amazing! The installers formed a great looking border around our fireplace tile and put seamless thresholds in the doorways to bedrooms. Quarter-round molding finished the job to perfection. We asked them to complete the job within 4 weeks due to a party we were hosting, and they met the deadline. You can't go wrong with H&H. ~ Jonesfamily1

H & H Flooring has been amazing to work with! We originally went to Lowe’s to get our floors done and had trouble getting them to contact us back. We pass H & H Flooring everyday and decided to give them a call. They were immediately responsive and helped us every step of the way with any questions we had. We were looking to get our floors done before Thanksgiving which I knew was a long shot considering we called only TWO weeks before, but they were able to squeeze us in and got it done! H&H just completed refinishing our hardwood floors in our new-to-us house, which were in rough shape. Bill was great to work with, and the crew, led by Jerry, did a fantastic job. Jerry had to replace boards where there was a burst pipe and water damage, and he came up with a perfect solution for the bouncy floor in the hallway. There was a large gap where the front and back of the house shifted apart over the last 60 years, and the individual boards met over that gap and had no support below them. He added a double-wide board to span the gap. No more bouncing! This is the kind of problem-solving you need when dealing with an older home. ~ Rik H

I got so lucky I just happened to walk in this store after I had been to 3 other stores that day trying to decide on laminate or luxury vinyl planks. Right when I stepped in the door I was met with a smile from Shayna . She was so wonderful and explained the difference between the two and even helped me with the color . I ended up going with the laminate in the color wisteria . It turned out so beautiful. The whole process of the owner coming out giving the estimate speaking with Brandi and Shayna on multiple occasions was so easy and straightforward. Go with this company they have all been so amazing. They were all so helpful and the guys who came to do the floor did a great job it looks fantastic. Had a small issue come up in a small area on the floor and Shayna was all over it . She got the guys back out within a couple days of me calling to get it fixed. Again great people to work with! H & H is a very professional company whose performance exceeded our expectations. They refinished existing oak flooring and installed matching flooring in our home and the results were excellent. They were able to complete the work in a very timely manner (under 3 weeks from the initial measurement to completion) which allowed us to move in to our home sooner than expected. From start to finish - a pleasure to work with! The whole team was very helpful; from discovery, to purchase, to install. Please don't waste your time (like I did) by going to a big box store for quotes first. H&H is your best bet for personalized service and amazing demolition and install teams. Any questions are handled by an actual, local, representative. Prices are extremely fair and you can rest well knowing that a full team is behind you and your project. H&H is tops in my book. The men did an absolutely amazing job on our ugly floors - the floors were absolutely stunning when finished. The workers were pleasant, polite, kind, and loved their work, no bad language and they cleaned up after themselves. H&H Flooring recently refinished my floors and laced in areas not covered by the original flooring and they did an incredible job! My house was built in the 1950's, in the 1980's the beautiful hard wood floors were covered with carpet. When I moved in to my house a year ago, the first thing I did was to tear up the carpet. The original wood floors were still in pretty good shape, but after cleaning them, there were brown spots from the carpet padding all over the floors. Recently I also remodeled my home and moved some of the walls just a little bit here and there leaving gaps in the flooring where the sub-flooring became exposed. H&H Flooring filled in these gaps and did an incredible job matching the original hardwood. After they sanded and re-finished the floors all of the brown spots were gone. Everyone who has come in my house since having the floors refinished has been absolutely amazed. I highly recommend H&H flooring. Not only do my floors look amazing, but they are also prompt, professional, and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone. ~ Kim L

H&H recently did a renovation project for us where they removed a wet bar and replaced our existing carpet with laminate flooring and wood stairs. They worked diligently to complete the demo and new installation within 2 weeks, so that everything was complete before the holidays. We have been looking for a flooring company to help us replacing our new house's flooring. We went to three different stores. They were all very good and friendly. However, Mandi and her team at H&H is the best. Mandi was super helpful and always give us extra mile until we chose the floor material we want. Hands down the best money can buy. If we could give a higher rating we would. Jeniffer and Bill are will both work extremely hard to make sure you are happy. Number one thing that stuck out to us was the fact that they communicated with us and were EXTREMELY polite. At the end of the job you’ll be left wishing more people were this kind. I waited 4 long years to finally have H&H remove my ancient carpet and replace with LVP! They did a phenomonal job! We have an old house so we had to have floor leveling and subfloor repairs. They did everything we asked and more! I've had other work done on my house with big box home improvement stores who contract out their work - and let me just tell you, you get what you pay for.
